  1. Changed ping and telnet to be disabled by default.
  2. Disable IPv6 ping response if ICMP(ping) has been disabled.
  3. Added functionality to report SDC Info string to logger so it can be displayed in the ComPorts Settings.
  4. Fixed minor bug that caused the device to miss the very first SDC address issued by the logger.
